Welcome to Marblous. This website, located at marblous.com (the "Site"), is owned and operated by KAAZ LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("KAAZ LLC", "we", "us" or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchase you make from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Return Policy and our Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

2. Your Account

You may be able to create an account to make purchases faster and track your orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at k44zllc@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, including colors, sizes and features, as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images or other content on the Site are error-free, complete or current, and the actual colors you see may vary depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any order placed at that price and will refund any amount you paid.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we received it. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted only when we ship the products to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full card details on our servers. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including shipping and taxes.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the products are delivered to the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Please read it before making a purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, designs and software, is owned by KAAZ LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
